MIS Executive
Job Description

We are looking for an MIS executive who will be responsible for MIS reports. You must know how to analyze the operations and providing continuous suggestions for the improvement. You should strive for the advancement of knowledge. Excellent Knowledge Of MS Excel Like (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot, Conditional Formatting Etc).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
  • Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
  • Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis.
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
Qualifications / Skills
  • Good verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical experience required.
  • Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
  • Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel.

Candidature Requirements
  1. Age: – 30+ Years.
  2. Should understand & communicate in local languages of Kannada/English/ Hindi.
  3. Advance excel skills and a thorough knowledge of Google Spread Sheet.
  4. Education: – Any Degree.
  5. Experience: – 5+ Years’ Experience in same role.
